Lost nearly 2 stone during lockdown no.1 combination of jogging, exercise and working at a calorie deficit.
Fell off the wagon with ALL OF IT beginning of September. I've been more mindful of what I was eating up until December but then all bets were off 
I didn't gain all that much around 2-3kgs since August but I didn't hit my target weight which was 60kgs and also I'm not prepared to allow it to all creep back on like it did originally. (I went from around 58kgs to 74kg over the span of 6years and 2 DCs and in complete denial about it for quite a while.)
So I'm currently 65kgs and within healthy bmi but not feeling my best and have lost some muscle tone since I stopped working out too.
Aiming for
- 5kgs off so 60kgs end weight
- toning and strengthening
- cleaning up my diet - currently still very partial to crisps and chocolate especially in the evenings.
- work it into my lifestyle so it's not a temporary fix
Anyone else in a similar boat and wants to have a sounding board and a chat every now and then?
