I've still got a lot of weight to lose (4 stone +), which thread should I join now?

The thread I'm on (have lost nearly 13lbs so far) has gone very quiet. I want to keep going as its so important for my health.

Which threads would be good for someone who has a long way to go?

I'd suggest Support for the Long Term Slimmer. We've all got a long way to go on there!

Thanks Wigwambam - I was looking at that and thought it was up my street .
