Anyone have any good tips on weight loss? I'm trying to loose weight again and I did really well whilst at the gym. It's so hard I have three kids and I'm like 17st. I'm looking at doing the XLS shakes. With healthy eating Anyone got any ideas at all? I've tried everything and this time I mean it I've never been this size and I really want to change I'm getting very depressed over it.

I wouldn’t bother with shakes etc.
Just eat more healthy food and less unhealthy food, plus love your body more.

YouTube do loads of free workouts, and weightloss is mainly all about diet anyway.

Try to drink plenty water, use a smaller plate to reduce portion sizes, and keep a watch on how much sugar you're eating. Slow and steady wins the race, best of luck :)

Hello @Mybabysmylife1- I am about the same weight as you and have started Cambridge diet. It’s not for everyone of course and not that easy - but it does act as an accelerater as you lose weight quickly and hopefully an incentive for further weight loss. I have lost about 5 kilos since Boxing Day - weight loss is slowing down now but I have certainly felt a lot better in myself and more in control. Good luck - the most difficult thing will be starting......

@Mybabysmylife1 one thing I should say is it’s not the cheapest option BUT I don’t intend to use it for more than a couple of months - basically during lockdown - once I have lost the first batch of weight (they say around a stone a month) will go back to exercise and healthier eating. I did it 10 years ago and it worked them so am hopeful it will again (so far so good🤞)

Are these the fat binding things? Because apparently tip is nappies...😁

"Wholesome" food makes massive difference. Full fat yogurts, lean meats, veggies. Plenty of spice and herbs to have at home.
I also pre make meals for freezer so if I can't be arsed there is the bellow 400 cal curry etc.
