Anybody doing this?
When I say fast I don't mean 500 cals, I mean a total fast for 36 hours every second day. Or maybe 40 hours.
I've been doing it since 1st January so I fasted 3rd and 5th as well. Today is a normal day but I haven't eaten yet.
I would like to lose the half stone I put on in the run up to Christmas.
It's easier than a normal diet where you have to think really hard about what you have in the fridge, when it will go off, if it will fill you. All the washing, chopping, weighing, preparing, and totting up calories. You're spared all of that. And honestly the amount of hunger is no worse. Feel a bit hunger pangy at the 20-22 hour mark but they come and go.
