So in 2017 I lost about 4.5 stone on Slimming World. In 2018 I discovered the gym and lost another 10 lbs but changed my whole shape. However I have been slacking the past 2 years and my weight has slowly crept up and now I have put on almost 2 stone from my lowest weight.
So today I'm starting again. Again.
Doing 16/8 and counting calories on MFP. Was intending to start C25K again since I can't get to the gym but it's currently too icy so that will need to wait.
Just wanted an accountability thread really but anyone else got about 20 lbs to lose?
