So according to NHS Guidelines I am obese for my age and height, I'm 20 and 4foot 8inches, I weigh 10st 11oz. Tbh I feel fat, I only feel nice in certain clothes my bf bought me two large T-shirt's aswell as my sister for Christmas and they just well don't fit 😠can anyone give me any exercise ideas that aren't harsh on my knees please? I did do jogging but that resulted in not walking for 2+ weeks where my knees had just given up, I can't stand for a long period of time either otherwise my knees will give out on me 😬 I hate it! I can bare through the pain when exercising as my knees constantly hurt anyway so any tips on starting my weight loss journey semi pain free would be great full! Thank you!!
