I was wondering if anyone has any tips for weightloss?
I'd love to lose a stone by birthday in February, so roughly about 6 or 7 weeks. Is this possible??
Anyone been able to do this (in a healthy way!) before? Or is it a bit unrealistic??
It'll be through a mix of exercise and diet. I'm getting a spin bike tomorrow, so hoping that will help! Going to download the peloton app as you can use it with other bikes and see how that goes!
