My weird tips

I am 51 so obviously perimenopausal and it was hard to shift pounds at first but now I have got to the weight I was in my 20s- 8.5 stone.
How?
I have some weird tips which might help someone, don't have a go at me, these have worked for me!
Every morning I eat a sheet of nori
I don't know if I need iodine but most women my age are deficient so I have the seaweed rather than a supplement
Apple cider vinegar gummies before a meal- I do intermittent fasting so only two meals- and I couldn't bear drinking the acv in water but the tummies are yummy, help with digestion
Banana tea at night- this is for sleep and I have insomnia but I'm sure its the reason my stomach is now totally flat. Boil a chopped organic banana in water- I eat some of the banana- but the peel all needs to be boiled for ten min. It's sweet and the sleep is intoxicating. Sadly I still wake in the night but the tea helps a lot.
For exercise I aim for 12000 steps mainly from hula hooping while watching The Chase so it's relatively painless.
