And this was the year you sorted it, please cover me some tips!

I run and exercise a fair bit but its just not enough I know its what I'm eating. Meals are healthy injust snack on junk, mostly through tiredness and boredom. I'm just over 10 stone and at 5'1 that doesnt look good. Yet again no photos of me with my DC this Christmas as I dont want to see pictures of myself.

That's interesting re zero points, makes complete sense tho I'm intrigued re pasta but not bread.

Yes I don't eat much in the evening, ideally nothing but breakfast is really important for me.

If you are used to snacks, try to swap some for healthy version. Bit of full fat yogurt with fruit or piece of fruit and bit of cheese. Ryvita cracker with quark (mixed woth bit of sriracha and herbs, soooo good) Nice and filling and can work as a good bridge between your snacks and no snacks.

Have you checked your portion sizes? I had healthy food, but just too big portions! Portions can make such a big difference. Check what's recommended portions and try to eat that.

I was 67kg this time last year, am now 54kg. I did it through lifting heavy weights 5x a week (and body weight during lockdown), eating a protein heavy, low fat diet and plenty of water.
