I’m useless with meal planning and nutrition. I need someone who could ask me my likes and dislikes and then make me a personal meal plan tailored to my weight loss goals. I don’t want something like Cambridge or the muscle food diet, I want something more tailored to me. Something that could take into account my eating habits too, like I only ever want something small and quick for breakfast etc...
I’d obviously supplement the eating with working out as strangely (to me as I thought I’d hate it!) I actually don’t mind exercise. I’d make the meals, I’m not after a meal delivery service just someone to create weekly plans for me. Does this service exist? Is it a nutritionist I’m looking for? Can anyone recommend anyone please? Thanks in advance
