I signed up with WW online. I think it was £50 for 3 months.

TBH, I haven't been tracking online for several weeks. After doing it for 3 or 4 weeks, I have a pretty good handle on what I can and can't eat. Right now, I am basically logging my weight each week. I've been doing for about 8 weeks and am not sure whether I will continue at the end of 3 months or not. I know I can easily do all the tracking on my own, but not usre if the paying for it is adding to the effectiveness.

maybe the paying is a big factor in sticking with it...

What about going to your practise nurse every week to get weighed? It's a free weigh in and you can take the kids!

I just lost 2 stone this year doing it on my own at home. I guess I had just reached a point where I really really wanted to lose the weight. I'd tried and failed several times before. I found the WW forums quite helpful, lots of useful tips about how to fill up on minimum points.
