I need to loose about 2.5 stone. I really think a personal coach would help me enormously.
I can't seem to find one. I don't think they need to be local to me as due to lockdown restrictions it would all need to be done remotely anyway.
All the coaches I can find seem to be more like personal trainers and I think I need the emphasis to be on diet as opposed to exercise. I know exercise is important but I walk dogs for a living so I'm outside walking 20k ish steps a day so I don't feel I have much scope to up my activity atm.
If anyone can recommend anyone, or suggest where to start looking I'd be really grateful.
