I've just eaten the most repugnant KFC. Why?!
I've got 2 stone to lose after having lost a record 10pounds in a week and that was simply by cutting out shite and bread and separating complex carbohydrate from protein and only having carbs for breakfast and lunch.
I am very extremely annoyed with myself.
KFC used to be really nice when I was about 7. Now its just utterly disgusting so I don't know why I continued after the first vile mouthfull.
