Can I throw money at the problem of my weight

I'd love to loose 2 stone, be more healthy and have more energy.

I have a hectic job, it's outside and physical which tires me out so I struggle to prioritise meal planning, preparing ahead, and cooking healthy meals from scratch. I just seem to fall into bad habits and use short cuts too easily when the going gets tough.

I don't want to do anything drastic or faddy. I'm sure I just need to cut my calories by eating more healthy nutritious food.

I guess I maybe really need a coach, and / or a shopping or meal prep service. . I'm thinking that I could maybe find a coach online as TBH even a local one would probably not be able to meet me in person atm due to Covid.

I need to understand about balancing my diet, good and bad fats, nutrition, calories etc. as I find it all really confusing and can't see the wood for the trees especially with so many opinions and research.

Just to add to the challenge I cook for myself, DH and DS (13). DH would like to loose weight but DS is perfect and growing like a weed. We really do value eating together as we are all so busy and having a teen means that sharing an evening meal is one of the only times we get together and talk.

I've tried mindful chef but still struggled a bit.

Sigh maybe I just don't have the willpower.

Any suggestions?
