L: Tomato & chilli pasta salad, cheese
D: Mince & cabbage
S: Satsuma, Semi-skimmed milk

Exercise:
10310 steps

Not a great day yesterday so it ain't pretty... here goes (I have BED and i slipped)! It's my work Christmas "party" over lunch today so I'm reminding myself that it's only one meal!

B: Muesli, yogurt and berries
L: Leek & potato soup & ham/coleslaw/cheese sandwich
D: sticky chicken stir fry
S: S-S milk, 4x bags crisps, 1 slice bread, bag of Percy pigs then finished off coleslaw, a lump of cheese, beetroot & an apple Blush

Exercise:
7750 steps

On a positive - I didn't purge :)
