Has anyone tried this plan? It's £97 but before I parted with my money I wondered if anyone on here has tried it?
There are some very good before and after photos in the gallery and good testimonies but I would like to know what sort of things are on the menu.

Yep I bought it and 2 weeks away from finishing (although it was on sale, think £54). Great recipes and workouts, you will definitely see results. The Facebook group is super super helpful. Only downside is you only eat from the plan which means lots and lots of meal prep. I'm wfh and have no kids so it's a breeze but I admire people who manage to do it while going out to work and have to juggle family meals.

There's no magic to it (healthy meals and exercise 5x per week) but it did give me the structure I needed. Absolute love it.

The meals are varied, lots of protein (meat) and vegetables. If you are a picky eater and don't like vegetables you might struggle. If you don't like the recipes, he does guide you on how to create your own which I use a lot, mostly for simplicity as I don't want something complicated for lunch.

I’ve completed it and am now doing his ‘graduate plan’. Like the pp, I need the structure particularly with the exercises. I’ve not lost a huge amount of weight but wasn’t overweight to start with, just overindulging in lockdown v.1. I’m definitely the fittest I’ve ever been, and much more toned. I enjoy the food but there is quite a lot of prep involved and it can work out expensive. I bought the plan on a deal with £20 off so I’d scout around for an offer code.

Oh you asked about food- a lot of eggs, chicken (on meat plan) and yoghurt!

Thank you for all your replies, it sounds quite promising. I'm not a fussy eater and I'm fine with lots of eggs, chicken and yoghurt. My other reservation is how long to cook things as I work full time and leave the house at 6am, so need to have something at work for breakfast and lunch. The regular exercise might also be tricky as again it's the time. Does sound good though.

The meal prep and exercise 5x week is tricky, no way around that. But that's the case for pretty much every single exercise and diet regime. Highly recommend joining the facebook group and also choosing the recipes that can be made in bulk.

I've just completed Cycle 2 and I'm pretty happy with it - signed up when it was half price a couple of months ago. My main gripe is that my photos (which I'm not sending in, just doing for myself) look nothing like as amazing as the ones you see as examples! But if I look very closely I am getting more toned, it's just a very slow process. I'm in my forties, which may have something to do with this.

The food is mostly great and I enjoy the workouts (sort of!). I've lost a bit of weight and definitely feel stronger and fitter. However, another caveat is that there is a lot of meal prep, a lot of shopping, and it can be a pain having different stuff to everyone else in the house. I'm glad I did the plan though – have learned a lot of tasty new meals and actually have some upper-body strength now!
