Hi I lost 3 stone.been weight weekly I've put 2lb lost in in that week and put it back on again I'm 15stone 12 then go back down to 15stone 10 been like it for 3 weeks now. I've taken running up I go jogging 4 times a week for 45mins each time I eat really healthy and cut out carbs and only have 3 main meals a day no snacking.
