Been searching online and some of the meal plans are a bit too much effort. I wonder if anyone has any recommendations? (homemade mushroom and quinoa burgers are definitely beyond me!)
I want a 1200 calorie vegetarian meal plan that sets out exactly what I eat each day and when so I don't have to put much thought into it. Ideally I can easily make a shopping list from it also.
I'm quite good at following rules but with children and work I'm tired (hence so much junk food) so it needs to be easy.
