Hello all!

So I'm trying to conceive, and not having much luck at all at the moment!
I'm a size 18-20 so this could be the reason, although I do have regular periods and have had the all clear following an OBGYN check to say I am fertile and can carry children.

I would like to try and get back into healthy eating / loosing weight.
I have tried slimming world and do get on with it, but I find it a slow burner and don't always loose the weight that I want to.

I would like to try a shake / meal replacement programme but one that is still going to keep my healthy! Does anybody recommend one?

Ideally not Juice plus.. thank you! 💓

Hi I am trying Almased which is a protein shake with yoghurt, soya and honey. Trying to replace one meal a day with it, but have not tried the full on 'replacing all meals with three of them' plan - yet.

It tastes ok, a bit powdery, but better if blended well and something added such as milk of a banana (but then maybe not do great for the weight loss) Oh well will see how it goes.
