I've lost stone I'm 26 years old I'm 15stone 12lb. 5ft7
I've bee. Eating 1,300 a day calories and working out 300 mins a week biking,walking kids to schools,running,.. Just started running this week. I get weighted every 2 weeks as I used to get weighted every Moring but just got me depressed wen numbers staying the same. I've noticed I've been putting weight on and not losing it don't see how I dont eat foods or eat sugar or pasta or rice or bread cut everything out I were 15stone 10 4 days ago now I'm 15 now 15stone 12lb 2 weeks ago I were 16 stone and got weighted 2 weeks latter and I and I were 16srone 4 😐
