Hi I have just joined today. I am joining slimming world tonight and would love some tips and ideas about food.
I really need to lose at least 6 and half to 7 stone!!!!! but I really do struggle with a sweet tooth.
To put the lid on it all, I have been diabetic for about 4 years now and I think I am heavier now than when I found out!
I would really love to be able to conquer this weight thing!!! Any suggestions great fully appreciated.
