When do people get weighed,daily,weekly,or monthly I used to get weighted everyday and it got upset wen I put weight bk on so I give my partner my scales to hide for the monthly so can get weighted onces a month I've got 5 more stone to lose lost 3 stone upto now. Cant see a different I were 18stone 9lb and now I'm.15stone 10lb aim is to be 11 but don't want lose skin as got hanging belly already due to having 2 beautiful children

Weight doesn't go down in a linear way, so the best way is to look at the average. Do it daily and write the number down on a sheet of paper, and every Saturday morning, make the sum of the last 7 days and divide it by 7, so you will get the average for the week.
You have lost 3 stones which is amazing, don't lose courage.

I've lost 3 stone in 11 weeks way to much but I'm eating and drinking enought and geting plenty of excise I lost 7 pounds a week for first 3 weeks as you do wen u diet. I now lose 2-3 pound a week I just don't wont to gain it all back and have lose skin I've put a lot of hard work into this. And I just gave my scales to my partner just gonna stick to weight monthly less stress for me than I see a big amount instead of 2 pounds a week loss. I would love to be 10 atone but think ky body take it x

There’s not that much you can do about loose skin- you either get it or you don’t. I lost 3 stone and didn’t get any but the more you lose, the greater the chance. You can make sure you do plenty of strength exercise and lose the weight slowly rather than fast (3 stone in 11 weeks is very fast) to reduce the risk. You still might get some though but it won’t be as bad as if you go really fast.

Lose skin ino there isn't shame you work so hat getting the body you want and your left with loads of lose skin. Might just save up for surgery incase I need I then I I dont I use it for a holiday wen covid is all over. Ino I lost it really last all came of me pretty fast I were eating healthy jus a massive change to my diet as never ear health back then so my body took it difference I want to lose weight slowly so I keep weight of. I'm already ganning weight I'm how back up 14stone 10 lb and last month I gained 4 lb but I dont snack on bad foods and don't have pasta,cheese,bread,chocolate or alsugar or extra salt
