Just that really.
I have a drink most nights and I definitely enjoy myself on Friday, Saturday and sometimes Sunday too.
My diet is generally pretty good and I genuinely enjoy exercise so it's no problem to get to the gym 3-4 days a week. Plus I bike to work (20 minutes each way).
But I'm still 7-10kg overweight... I'm just wondering how much of an impact it would have to give up drinking?
