I started exante today, my start weight is 13st
and my goal weight is somewhere between 9st and 10st.
I weighed about 11.5 stone pre lockdown, but WFH and being less active have really caused me to pile weight on.
Today I’ve had a peanut butter bar for lunch, which was ok but had a slightly Sandy texture 
I’m going to keep this thread updated with my progress, I would love to hear how other people on exante are getting on
