My sister and mum are following the keto diet, both are diabetic (type 1) and have found it helps level their blood sugars. My mum has lost 8lb in two weeks.
I'm 5'5 and 11st 1, pre and post pregnancy I was 10st exactly, thanks to lockdown and making too many cheesecakes I've gained a stone.
Anyone have any keto diet success stories and advice for me?
I love started to exercise 20 mins on exercise bike a day, hoping to increase to 40 mins once DS starts nursery next week.
Any help greatly appreciated xx
