used a trainer for a while -- great but expensive...I would go for it..

my DH used a personal trainer, he lost a lot of weight, but the food stuff is not rocket sciencce, it was the excercise that made such a massive difference.

moondog,have you ever suffered with an eating disorder?
im assuming not,as if you had you wouldnt need to ask that question.
