Hi all, has anyone done this plan? I decided to buy it as it includes a food portion control plan as well as the workouts. I have done Insanity and Insanity Max30 from Beachbody before so I know I 'enjoy' the workout format.
This is a 21 day plan of a 30 min workout every day and portion-controlled meals that I can build. Apparently I am allowed carbs and just need to build my meals using the specified containers.
Anyway I'm giving this a go on Monday if anyone wants to join! I will probably use this thread to post my thoughts and hopefully progress!
If you have done this before please let me know how you found it!
