Hi I've been eating healthy and dieting for 8 weeks today I get weighted every 3 days. I've lost. 2 and a half stone. Were 18stone 9lb and now 16stone 4lb. I don't feel like I have lost anything or feel better about changing my lifestyle. I will need to lose a few stone more I guess before I notice my aim is to get back to 11 stone so all together. Nearly 8 stone to lose a day by day has anyone lost 7stone and kept it of I cut the meals we have as a family and ear on my own as I'm scared I gain it back
