I'm currently doing Fast 800 through the week, but I'm sooooo ridiculously hungry
I could eat until I vomit!
Today I had leftover chicken dinner at lunch, no potatoes no gravy
Tonight I made a carb free lasagne with salad
After this I could've eaten another meal but ended up eating a massive bag of sweet & salty popcorn and then 2 slices of toast with butter 
Has anyone tried appetite suppressants? Do they work?
How can I get through the day without getting to 7pm & binging
