I’m new to this way of eating but oh my god trying to eat mindfully around my kids is hard. Loud chewing, constant interruption, spillages. They’re only little, so apart from working on table manners constantly, there’s not much I can do.
I just end up throwing it down my neck to get it over with! If I wait until I get a free minute or they’re in bed, I’m starving and end up overeating. How can I do this, anyone?
