Anyone else doing Slim Fast????

Started doing slim fast diet this morning - have managed to last the day but my god i have a banging headache does anyone else get them????. Don't know if i will be able to carry on for much longer

Slim fast worked for a quick loss, but was not sustainable for me. You can't be on a slim fast diet forever, can you? There is a healthier way to lose weight, and will last all your life. Eat less, exercise more. Don't drink nasty shakes, made with godonlyknowswhat.
