How can I keep it up in Autumn/winter?

Sounds silly but I really struggle to motivate myself to exercise in cold weather (even indoors) for the past couple of weeks I'm constantly cold even with the heating on and just want to wear big warm jumpers and drink coffee all day.

I've lost just over a stone and a half during the lockdown summer months with exercising and calorie counting and my main aim now is to tone up, loose a few more lbs and maintain.
But I can easily see how it can all go to pot because my motivation is at 0 and when my alarm goes off in the morning I want nothing more than to keep warm under the covers.
Beforehand I would wake up before dcs 4-5 days a week and do a workout downstairs making sure each week I do 3 shorter 30 min sessions and 2 longer 50-60 min sessions and if missed a workout I would wake up early and take Ddog for a brisk walk which would raise my heart rate and amount to anywhere between 7000-8000 steps.
Now I keep pressing snooze and can't face the cold and the call of my warm bed wins everytime Sad

Calorie counting isn't really happening at the moment as for weight loss at my current weight I would have to drop too much and I find myself hungrier in general this time of year anyway.

What can I do to loose those last few lbs and keep myself on track?
My preferred form of exercise is the walks with Ddog but at the moment it means being up at 5.30 ish to pull myself together and set off into the freezing darkness at 6 and I don't know how to find it in me to keep it up.

Does anyone have any tips or advice in how to maintain / continue weight loss in the current climate Blush

I'm having the same problem! My little girl is 6 months and I done the complete opposite from you and piled on the pounds during lockdown:(... I have been calorie counting and going walks with her in the pram, I just use my baby girl as my motivation even if it's freezing outside I still need to get her out her walk for some fresh air ( and to stop myself going mad being stuck in the house all day)
To motivate me I have stuck a picture of myself atm and the body I used to have on my fridge to motivate me it really helps
