cutting out food to help with losing weight

I've been on my diet now 5 weeks and lost 26pound. I've cut out pasta,bread,rice,chocolate do we need these in out daily diet I don't have extra salt or don't use oil to cook with I have salad with no dressing sauce's I have a lot of veg twice a day and loads of watter and green tea loads of fruit chicken,beef,pork chop's, fish, g
Quorn sausage ,eggs and that I dont snack unless I get them days as we all do. Anyone no any good ideas what I can have it feels like I'm having same foods same week after week its getting boring now, starting wright18stone 9lb now I'm 16st 12, I'm trying really hard ino it needs to be done but also dont wont lose skin has anyone had lose skin also I want to lost 7 or 8 stone so i be 11stone how long will that take?

There are no essential carbohydrates. You won't be carb free anyway because you will get some from your fruit and veg. My husband is recently diagnosed T2 diabetic so we've gone low carb. I really like Giancarlo Caldesi's cookbooks (Diabetes Weightloss Cookbook and Reverse your Diabetes) and Tom Kerridge Dopamine diet for recipe ideas, and the Keto groups on Facebook - even though we are not doing strict keto. You've done brilliantly so far, so it's just a case of finding ways to keep it up. The low carb and low fat sounds a bit joyless - we are having cream, full fat yoghurt, olive oil, oily fish - and still keeping a calorie deficit. To lose 7-8 stone you need to find something you can maintain longterm - would take a year at a 2lb a week loss. Good luck!

I'm losing 2-4 pounds per week upto how but still early days only been 5 weeks. I don't mind having red milk and I've never really had salda cream and mayo on my food and that dont really bother me. I've never really liked food just eat it as u have to.

Got 5 stone left I be more than happy to get to 12 stone again I were fit and healthy then
