I’m 18 stone and 5’5” and the weight has crept on over 10 years. I’m aching and life is a struggle so I just want to lose. I have started running slowly but surely. I would like recommendations for a shake-type diet as I have an eating disorder which often leaves me feeling nauseous.
Then, my husband is bigger than me but suffers from very poor health and gout. He can’t have protein shakes so are there any other meal replacement drinks out there that are suitable.
