hello so i wanna lose wieght but we live in a small town wher there isn't alot of types of food to buy and eat and heres my tdee tdeecalculator.net/result.php?s=metric&g=male&age=15&kg=70&cm=170&act=1.55&f=1 i asked around reddit and they told me i have to eat 2500 calories perday to maintain as im training kung fu 4 days a week and i searched for stuff that usally is found here such as couscous , halva chamia, pasta,and type of green beans and vegetable and chicken meati removed bread cuz only baguette is popular here is this a good way to do it ?
