Sugar detox

My sugar intake is currently through the roof...

I’m getting blobby, skin looks horrid, mood swings, lack of concentration, groggy digestive system, furry tongue and teeth, never feel satisfied after eating anything.... ugh.

Any tips? I feel cold turkey would be better as with gradual i think it would be “give me an inch, I’ll take a mile”.............

I’ve done it before a few years ago with a local fitness camp group. DH said I looked glowing. I remember it being super hard and not even eating carrots and peas or sweet potato due to their high natural sugars at the start then reintroducing them after a couple of weeks.

Think I might have to wing it as am totally useless at following a specific plan.
