I have been following ww and am now under goal by a few pound.

I've done this once before and ended up back to square one. I'd like to avoid that this time

So I'm still tracking, and sticking to plan. I guess I have to tweak my points a little to find a balance that helps me maintain.

I think my problem is, that when I feel like I'm on track, that should result in a weight loss and it's a tad disappointing if this doesn't happen.

Basically, how do I change my mindset to be happy where I'm at?

It's a whole new ball game. I'm in the same situation and the new challenge is trying to maintain while living in a more relaxed and normal way. I calorie count and so far am trying to be more strict during the week so I can relax it at the weekends. I'm finding it super hard to let go and not worry, but also to not binge. This is the real test op.
