Is Slimfast any good or a waste of money?

Title says it all really! What kind of weight loss can you expect on it?

Thanks

Waste of money. For the calories it contains, you could eat a healthy meal and it certainly wont fill you up!!

It's just a fad thing, IMO!

Oh i'm talking about the shakes actually. I've suddenly realised that they also do other things now too dont they? Whenever i hear the words "slimfast" i still think of the milkshakes that were meal replacements.

Sorry for the confusion.

hmm that is what I suspected. Am having trouble sticking to weight watchers and was hoping for something to give me a good loss in week one to get my motivation going.

I guess weight watchers it is, can't go to meeting as dislike leader she ridiculed me one week and that is enough not to go back! (unfortunately the only classes I can make she is the leader)

Perhaps I should sign up to the online stuff?

And yes perhaps I should get out more with the greyhound
