I’m so down about my weight which has just gone up and up, especially since meeting my current partner who is food obsessed! We both love our food but I’m the one ending up looking like a beach ball while he keeps offering, buying and cooking all sorts!
I need to break the habit and I’ve told him I’m going to completely do my own thing for a while food-wise. I think slim fast is the simplest and I quite like the shakes and snacks. Hoping for fairly speedy results and then to transition to normal healthy eating!
