Do any of the paid for weight loss options work?

Such as Noom or the boxes of food they send you. I seem to need to eat fresh air to lose weight.

I used noom for a few weeks. If you go through it every day it does help you to understand some of your psychology with food. Also logs calories, exercise etc. It does take a bit of time each day to complete though which gets a bit of a drag tbh.
Now I just try to use the principles in eating smaller portions and avoiding eating/drinking things I don't need just to fill time or "treat" myself.
Hanging around in the kitchen at night is a bad one for me so once I've done the washing up I'm outta there!

Should add that I'm currently using Holland and Barrett slim biome before some meals and PhD diet whey meal replacement shake for one meal a day which seems to be working well, 2.5kg off in 3 weeksish.
