Just on my calories and my minimum steps, so that'll do for an ok start to the week. Now to not f it up before I turn in for the night! Super thirsty tonight, so that should curb any hunger pangs.
Did you get fed yet mrs?
Feeling any better life?
Hope I get some mojo back this week, I don't seem to have a lot of drive the last week or so. Small steps

Yes felt much better after a couple of bruphen and a few hours in the fresh air.
I'm a diet disaster though.

Mrsmadevans · 27/10/2020 08:03

Got up and did an hour on the dreadmill, just about hit my 9,000. Down a bit today, still up on Friday. My weight is officially in the maintenance stage according to happy scale - it can't make any weightloss predictions because I haven't made enough progress in the last couple of weeks. Feels like I've been served! Anywho, back to actively trying to lose. Best start making myself busy with work

Hey all - well I managed over 12k steps yesterday, most of tidying and sorting out our three bedrooms!

We hadn't left the house since fri eve other than to walk the dog so I took the two to McDonalds yesterday evening for Happy meals and mini mcflurrys. I got a chinese nearby and ate half last night and remainder is todays lunch, no flux on the scales. Think it's stuck at 12st 7lbs Hmm

Just two days at work this week and I'm off again.

Thoroughly enjoyed the weekend of relaxing, housework, open fires, tv and dog walking. Everyone said they slept well in their clean rooms and ds even tidied away his stuff this morning before we left he's that proud!!

He'll be 7 in less than 2 weeks and I've no idea what to get him for his birthday, can't even have a friend over so it'll be a party for 3.

Not2bObvious · 27/10/2020 11:53

Sounds like a lovely weekend happier, wow nearly 7, I love that age - still so cute but starting to get a bit more grown up and reasonable (only a bit mind😉)
We just managed to be able to have 1 person for each of my pairs birthday, we got lucky with timing.

McDonalds is off the menu for ds. Puked this morning twice at childminders. This is third time he's puked the following day after McDonalds, dd is fine and ate the same as him but obviously something doesn't agree with him.

Ds is often not very reasonable or agreeable so a full weekend of it was brilliant!

Not2bObvious · 27/10/2020 12:50

Poor child, that's rough - I wonder what it is that doesn't sit well? Hope he feels better soon.
Had a lovely omelette for lunch, now just to last the afternoon. Kids already kind of bored, going to be a long week with nothing to do

I really don't know. Childminder sent pics of them at a playground so he improved.

Mrsmadevans · 27/10/2020 16:11

Aw glad he is recovered Happier Smile

lifelongfrugaleer · 27/10/2020 17:07

McDonald's makes me feel grim happier. Not physically sick but near enough.

Pft day today. I need to lie on a beach doing nothing in the sun

Happierwithouthim · 27/10/2020 17:18

I hate McDonalds personally, I'd go hungry most of the time rather than eat it.

lifelongfrugaleer · 27/10/2020 17:34

Me too. Hate most fast food

Not2bObvious · 27/10/2020 20:15

Just over 13,000 steps, 21 calories under, that'll do for today.

Up a bit this morning, looks like I'm not getting away with my excesses any time soon. Funny how much it makes you want to eat everything, hilarious evenHmm

I do prefer my own food mostly but local chippers chicken kebab is lush and it's literally chicken in dry spices with some garlic/chilli sauce and lots of lettuce, most calorific part is the naan bread.

I get it approximately every three weeks so no big deal

Happierwithouthim · 28/10/2020 09:01

Dc are walking with me and the dog without moaning now! They can see that it's not fair on her not to get out every day for a walk and accept it, it's not as brisk as I'd like but still a walk.

12st 7lbs yet again.

Did you see The Style Counsellors last night not girl on it from Foynes who had lost over 11st and didn't know how to dress for her new figure, her happiness at what she's achieved inspired me

I didn't happier, but I'll give a check out on catchup - I love a good weight loss story. Wow though, 11 stone, you must need some mindset for that. If I could lose 11 pounds I'd be doing well!
Did a walk to shops this morning, 6,500 - so that's a start. Slowly turning my bad mood around - must do a bit of work now. Waiting for my Linda sausage to cook. Did a small batch cook which always cheers me up

Happierwithouthim · 28/10/2020 09:46

If I could get down to 167 just under 12st I'd be happy with that for this year. 1lb per week from now to Christmas.

Batch cooking is great, I so miss having a decent freezer. I'm doing a decent shop tonight and there's soup and chicken and veg curries and lots of veg in my future.

Happierwithouthim · 28/10/2020 09:46

She did it over 2.5 years

Happierwithouthim · 28/10/2020 09:47

She was very emotional when she saw herself in her final outfit with hair and make up done

lifelongfrugaleer · 28/10/2020 09:59

11 stone. Wow and good on her.
1lb would do here.

Happierwithouthim · 28/10/2020 11:01

I'm getting mfp into action again. Focus on fibre, water and protein, they make the difference for me.

Not2bObvious · 28/10/2020 12:37

That sounds very doable happier, keeping track in mfp can only help as well.
Got another 5,500 steps done so only 3,000 to go to hit 15,000 - whether I got that or not, we'll see. Full of aches & pains today and no get up at all. I've had my lunch already so it's a way to go until dinner. Might need a snack, will try make it nutritious even though I just want 🍫
