Struggling......

I've been doing IF since mid May and have lost 13kg.....it's really been ok. I haven't felt deprived or struggled with fasting.

I don't know what's going on now..this last week I've really struggled and am a lot more hungry. My body seems to be tired and although I will go to the gym and go on a walk today, I really just want to stay in bed.....

Not sure why I'm posting really do I just need to power on through? I need to loose just 5 more kg until I am in the normal bmi range but ideally I want to loose another 10kg in total.

Sometimes your body genuinely needs rest, are you over doing things and would be better doing active recovery? Walking and or yoga or light activities or is your diet throwing you off your game? Are you eating good foods or maybe missing some vitamins?

I eat good...vegetarian so plenty of veg and pulses. I've managed the gym today, maybe just a light walk tomorrow

I am veggie and try to take vitamins a few times a week just in case I am short of anything like b12.

Try to have some rest days and look up flu symptoms after exercise if you have been exercising a lot as I think I had over exercised and I felt really rough a few days.

Hope you are feeling better now though

Sometimes you need a break or a change. Let your body rest if it's tired.

Try logging everything you eat and drink in My Fitness Pal if you don't already, just for a few days the. You can see the nutrient breakdown to see if there's anything missing from your diet that you need to either introduce through food or supplements.
