As with DD1, I have reached my weight loss plateau already post giving birth. I still have 1.5 stones to lose and go back to work in 5 months. Not bf.
Last time I had to do 5:2 to jump start my weight loss again - is there anything better these days?
Calorie counting for some reason always results in me becoming flat chested as the weight leaves there first!
Only just feeling healed enough to start exercise but know that won't be enough
