Please (please!) can anyone help with recommendations for:
- Food/eating coach with experience in long term eating issues, pref in London - want at least occasional face to face meetings as online is not cutting it.
- Health/fat camp as a kick start. Pref SE based with short options
I'm currently able to throw a little money at the problem and have more time than usual for the next few months. Really want something effective for long term change - ie not just a nutritionist or a PT. I have a fairly good understanding of that side of things, I just don't follow it 
I need to lose around 25kg/4 stone. I've tried many things over the years including a pretty decent coach, but she's not in London and I just don't feel that a weekly video call is effective enough for me right now, I need more regular help :-(
