NC and have my tin hat on!
I've been counting calories (1250) for the last few months with some success but I end up having a couple of glasses of wine a day too, so there's 250 cals gone - or more!
Im not stupid and know that only eating 900-1000 cals a day is not sustainable or is it healthy to "spend" that many calories on alcohol. So, I am not drinking in September. I felt like I ate so much today, it's like adding an extra meal to the mix

Anyone else dropping the booze for weight loss? I could probably do with some support and/or accountability.
