Is anyone doing the 1:1 diet?
I’ll be honest I’m broken...
I’m at the heaviest I’ve been, nothing fits me anymore and I’ve lost weight successfully with 1:1 before.
I just have NO control over food, anything else I just can’t seem to get a grip on...
Sooo I’m starting tomorrow!
I think new month, kids back to school I’m back to work too after redeployment to another area!
So anyone who can support/advise/share success stories would be great!! 😊
