I’ve been on and off these threads having done SW and CC. I’ve developed v bad habits, it can’t go on. I’m 5’3 and 13.1.
The CC part is straightforward if painful. However I really need to do exercise alongside, my job can be very stressful and exhausting (icu nurse) and I need to use exercise to de stress instead of food.
I have no idea where to start with exercise, walking aside I’m sedentary.
Tomorrow will be my day 1.
