So I've always done sw for years and years and years, successfully. I put on after children but lost again fine at group. I was doing well then lock down happened and I won't lie I ate too much and didn't move enough.
I don't really fancy the groups at the moment and thought I'd be OK just cutting out all chocolate,, biscuits, ice reams etc and just eating loads of fruit and veg etc.
2 weeks tomorrow I've not had any thing 'naughty', the only crisp type things I've allowed myself have been snack a Jack's and if I'm desperate for something sweet I have had the odd small bowl of yoghurt with fruit but this has been maybe 2 or 3 times max and very small bowls.
I lost 1 pound the first week, nothing this week although officiallly Ill weigh in the morning I just had a sneaky look. Any ideas? I cook from scratch and have been pretty good.. Surely going from gorging on crap to eating a balanced diet should do something!! No I've not done cal counting I was trying to avoid it and just be a normal human not obsessing over food for once in my life. Oh and cravings for chocolates and rubbish have long gone which is great
