I started a thread on this sort of thing a couple of weeks ago.... and it’s vanished. Anyone got any idea why that might be? I haven’t had any sort of notification from MNHQ, it’s just not there any more. Hey ho.

Anyhow - I’ve always been overweight but have understood for a long time that my weight is a symptom, not the core problem. I am a massive comfort eater, stress eater, binge eater etc - and that starts inside your head.

I am getting a lot of relief at the moment from two things: EFT to neutralise the old memories and painful emotions arising from them which drive my overeating; and hypnotic/subliminal suggestion to instil healthier eating habits. I’m feeling much more relaxed around food.
