hi everyone
Iv been following alot of threads on here to keep me going iv been doing so well I started this journey back last September had a few falls on the way but the past 6months been doing well. But this past week 2 weeks iv noticed iv started to fall back to bad habits
I need a good kick up the bum I think.
Iv been doing calorie counting and 16.8 iv found it easy going and feel im incontrol I don't say no to anything i fancy. But now im just stuck i can't sèem to shift anything even with exercise and lots of walking and running it made me feel i should give up i keep reading all the post but its just making me feel more like im failing
if someone can just throw some ideas out for me to get back on track and something a bit different its been 3 weeks since I lost any weight yes iv gained and lost but stayed at the same i was 3 weeks ago.
